They stumbled upon Collingwood in 2007 and took a leap of faith by setting up their Chip Trailer in Sunset Point Park. Little did they know that this humble beginning would pave the way for something truly exceptional.

At first, their charming trailer served as a convenient storage space, but as Collingwood's appetite for their scrumptious fries grew, so did their dreams. In 2015, they decided to remodel a nearby building and bid farewell to their trusty trailer, as they needed more room to meet the skyrocketing demand
